Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Davids Pizzas website and ordering services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders constitute a binding contract once confirmed. We may refuse any order at our discretion. Prices include VAT where applicable.

2. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 30 minutes. Late delivery = your next order is free (one per customer per event). Delivery typically £2.99.

3. Payment

We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Cancellations

Cancel within 5 minutes via app or phone. Once preparation begins, cancellations are not possible. Refunds handled case by case.

5. Allergens

Full allergen info on our Allergen page. Our kitchens handle all 14 major allergens — cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

6. Promo Codes

Codes are single-use per customer, non-combinable, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
